You Didn't Get A Ticket
You Might Still be Faulted
- Don't agree to give a recorded statement to the other insurance company without prior legal assistance

- Do NOT allow anyone to begin any vehicle repairs before you take photos of your car after the accident
Were You Injured?
Did you report "no injuries"?
When your car accident was not your fault, the last thing you want to happen is for the other driver to wrongfully blame you or try to minimize the damages to you or your vehicle. Unfortunately, that is exactly what we have seen happen over the course of the last 25 years specializing in car accident cases. To prevent this from happening, you must NOT agree to give any recorded statement to the other insurance company. We can prepare you to properly address all issues before speaking with any of the parties or insurance companies involved.
To prove the severity of the collision, take photos of the damage to your vehicle and the other vehicle. If your air bags deployed, your seat back or head rest broke, or there was significant broken glass, take photos of the inside of your vehicle as well. Do NOT allow anyone to begin any repairs or take final possession of your vehicle until your have these photos. Never assume your insurance company, the adjuster or appraiser will provide you with photos. If you were not at fault, there may be nothing more important than to take photos, lots of them. It is absolutely true, “a picture is worth a thousand words.”
